This robot vacuum and mop was a terrific purchase. The unit arrived in a box designed for it. It wasn’t a retail box so it wouldn’t have attracted a porch pirate. Upon unpacking the unit appeared brand new. It was spotlessly clean in and out. I charged it as soon as I got everything out of the box and it must have had a decent charge because it took very little time to come up to full. It’s impressive in operation and it appears that my learning curve is improving because I am using it daily.

I love that you can mop and vac at the same time. I love the self emptying feature. One draw back is the non detangling rulers.

Item as described. Although the bin was a little dirty from the previous owner. They could have cleaned a little better when they refurbished. Came with an extra mopping pad and an extra bag so can’t complain.

Del as Described. Recommend…. A Very HORRIBLE review on FedEx Delivery! FedEx doesn’t know anything about delivering. Received item after FexEx fiasco. How can a delivery company issue duplicate tracking numbers to two different deliveries? I was worried this purchase might be a con when FedEx tracking delivered it to another state. No, it wasn’t even my item’s delivery…..
